You can apply through the website (www.oyod.educate.gov.jm) or via a manually numbered application form which is available from your Member of Parliament.
To successfully complete the application, you will require:
1. A Tax Registration Number (TRN), and
2. Your child's Student Registration Number (SRN)
To submit your completed application, you may:
1. Upload the document online at oyod.educate.gov.jm

Upon receipt of your application, a reference number will either be sent by SMS to the listed phone number and/or emailed to the listed email address. This number can be used to track your application.
Please note: Forms must NOT be copied or reprinted. Any form that is copied or reprinted will be rejected because they will not have the security feature.
