To activate your account, you will need:

  1. Your username 
  2. Your GOJ email address
  3. Your TRN



1. To begin, go to https://myhrplus.gov.jm, select "Activate Account". 

2. Enter your username, email address and TRN.

3. Click "verify".

4. You will receive an email from MyHr+ with a system generated password. 

5. Log in to the "Self-Service" portal with your username and password.

6. Upon successful log in, you will receive a prompt to change your password. We strongly encourage doing so. 

7. Enjoy the features of Employee Self Serve!
