  1. Applicant’s Full Name – exactly as they entered it on the application form
  2. Applicant’s TRN 
  3. Student’s Full Name 
  4. Student's Date of Birth
  5. Student’s SRN
  6. Application Reference Number (if one was received) or
  7. Applicant’s Voucher Number (if one was received)
