If you have completed the initial password reset procedure, and have forgotten your password, please follow the instructions below.
To set a new password:
- Click the 'Forget Password' button on the log in page.
- You will be prompted to enter the username or email address associated with your account. Click 'Submit'
- An email containing a temporary password will be sent to your email address.
- Log into your account with your Username and Temporary Password
- Upon login, you will then be prompted to reset your password.
- All passwords must be a minimum of six (6) characters
- All passwords must contain at least one (1) capital letter
- All passwords must contain at least one (1) common letter, and
- All passwords must contain at least one (1) number.
