To successfully complete the initial log in procedure, you will be expected to input an activation code, sent to the email address associated with your account. 

The email address associated with your account would have been input in the previous step, when you updated your contact information. 
Please ensure this is a valid email address; check your junk and/or spam mailboxes.

If you still have not received an activation code, please double-check your contact information and/or use a different email address. 


The initial log in procedure is not completed until you have successfully reset your password.
